We will carefully check the mould injection dimensions, fittings and mark corrections.

1. Daily maintenance

Lenses and highly polished surfaces should be protected according to specific instructions.

All water pipes should be drained and blown dry of all residual water to avoid rusting due to water build-up.

No water should be trapped in the bath moulds.

2. Inspection and maintenance

In normal use, we should pay attention to the following points.

  • Note any missing parts or blocked cavities.
  • Keep a sample of the blocked cavity for the mould manufacturer to carry out repairs.
  • Clean the mould with a safe solvent to remove varnish and build-up from the moulding process.
  • Check the depth of the vent holes at least four clock face locations around the cavity face.
