Classification of basket molds

Basket mould manufacturing process
Basket molding dies are plastic injection molds used to produce plastic baskets. They are made up of a series of cores, cavities, sliders and release plates. The cores and cavities are the negative shapes of the baskets that will be injected with plastic. Sliders and release plates are used to remove the plastic basket from the mold.
1. Flow analysis

The main testing methods are incoming inspection, online inspection, offline inspection, assembly inspection and T1 inspection.
Basket mould maintenance
Mold maintenance is more important than mold repair. The more times a mold is repaired, the shorter its service life. The better the mold maintenance, the longer its service life will be. Mold maintenance mainly includes three points.
1. Daily maintenance: various moving parts such as ejectors, rows, guide pillars, guide bushings refueling, mold surface cleaning, clear water, and daily maintenance during the mold production process.
2. regular maintenance: regular maintenance, in addition to daily maintenance, also includes cleaning the exhaust tank, and the trapped gas combustion black bit to replenish the exhaust gas, repairing damaged wear parts, etc.
3. Appearance maintenance: the outside of the embryo body is painted to avoid rusting. When the mold is lowered, the fixed mold should be coated with anti-rust oil. When the mold is kept, it should be covered tightly to prevent dust from entering the cavity.

Hot and cold runners
Before doing a quote for a basket mould, we ask the customer which injection system they would like to use. Usually, the customer will choose either hot or cold runner, but there are advantages and disadvantages to both types of gates.
